You agree not to use NathanTwin to:
- Share patient-identifiable health information (PHI/PII)
- Engage in illegal activities or fraud
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically collect content from the service
- Attempt to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access
- Provide false information about your identity or purposes
5. Patient Data Warning
Do not share patient-identifiable information with NathanTwin. This includes patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, specific case details that could identify individuals, or any Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA or equivalent regulations. NathanTwin is not HIPAA-compliant and is not designed to handle patient data.
6. Data and Privacy
By using NathanTwin, you acknowledge that conversation transcripts and usage data may be stored for service improvement. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is collected and how it is used.
7. Intellectual Property
The NathanTwin platform, its design, and underlying systems are proprietary. You may use outputs from NathanTwin for your own personal or commercial projects, but may not represent AI-generated content as your own original professional analysis.
8. Data Deletion Requests
If you wish to have your conversation data deleted, you may request this by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of NathanTwin after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
